The agreement of purchase can be made in the following languages: Danish, English.

1.     Payment
We accept payment via PayPal exclusively, since this is the safest payment method for the customer.

No fees will be charged by payment made on

The full amount of the purchase will be deducted before initiation of the order processing, since both standard products and customised products are only produced by the time of the purchase. No larger amount can be withdrawn than the one approved by you at the purchase.
Customised products are non-refundable. Customised products are products defined by the customer, such as linen, sheets, bed covers, pillows etcetera with special dimensions or combinations of colours and patterns chosen by the customer.

2.     Delivery
Customised products are delivered within four weeks in Denmark after receipt of the order. Products from the standard shop are delivered within two weeks in Denmark. In case the standard products are not on stock by the time of the purchase, the expected time of delivery will be within three weeks in Denmark. We will contact you as soon as possible with further information. By delivery abroad our reservations are that the delivery time may be slightly longer.

3.     Freight
Orders amounting to more than DKK 1000 are shipped free of charge in Denmark. All prices include VAT and other taxes in Denmark. Orders worth less than DKK 1000 are subject to a freight fee. Price list for freight.

4.     There is no right of cancellation for customised products from Your Customized Shop
No right to exchange the goods prevails with regards to customised products such as linen, sheets, bed covers, pillows etcetera with special dimensions or combinations of colours and patterns are chosen by the customer.

5.     Right of withdrawal for products in Your Standard Shop
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement without any reason within 14 days following the purchase when shopping on The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of physical delivery to you or to the person chosen by you as the receiver (not the freight operator). The right of withdrawal is met by sending your message that you withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period has expired.

You withdraw from the purchase by informing us that you withdraw. You can send an email to communicating that you withdraw from the purchase. Additionally, it is possible to contact us via telephone at no. +45 2891 9777.

In the case that several products are in the same purchase order and it is not possible to deliver all products at the same time, the withdrawal period will start on the date of physical delivery of the last product to you or to the person chosen by you as the receiver (not the freight operator).

In case the withdrawal period expires on a holiday, Saturday, on the Constitution Day (June 5th) in Denmark, on December 24th or on the 31st of December, the withdrawal period is extended until the following workday.

You could use the standard form for withdrawal on…, although this is not mandatory. In case you do so, we will immediately acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal via email.

5.1.Label for return of products purchased in Your Standard Shop
In case you are withdrawing from the purchase of a product you must send or deliver the product to MICHALA, Limfjordsvej 32, DK-2720 Vanløse, Denmark – with no excessive delay and no later than 14 days after your message to us, that you wish to withdraw from you purchase. The withdrawal deadline is met  if you return the products before expiration of the withdrawal period lasting for 14 days.

The customer must bear the cost of freight for the product in case it must be returned.

Products cannot be sent to be paid on delivery, nor can they be sent without delivery.

5.2 Refund
In case you withdraw from purchases we will refund all payments to you in this connection, including any cost of freight. However, in case you chose a way of freight which is more expensive than the least expensive way of delivery offered by us, we will not refund the additional expenditure.

We will refund the amount when we have received the products returned by you.

The amount will be refunded to your bank account when we have received the returned products and controlled that the regulations for withdrawal have been met. The amount will be returned to the credit card applied for the purchase, or to a different account in case of such instructions. The precondition is that the invoice or a copy hereof is forwarded.

5.3 Testing the product and packaging
You are solely responsible for potential impairment of the product due to handling of the product differing the necessary handling in order to determine the type, characteristics and functionality of the product.

Under normal circumstances the product may be examined in the same way as it would be in a shop, but you may not start using it.

If the product was utilised in a way which would not be allowed in a shop, making it impossible to sell the product at full price again, you must expect deduction of the impairment from the amount to be return to you.

If the product lost its commercial value the purchase amount will not be refunded. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Furthermore, you are obliged to ensure proper wrapping of the product upon return.

6.     Right of complaint
In case the product you buy has a defect – for instance a defect of the material or manufacture – the regulations of the Danish Sale of Goods Act will govern.

Customers inspecting colours on a computer screen must bear in mind that the colour of the final product may deviate slightly from that of the screen because colours on screens can vary from one to another.

It is no defect if the product shrinks 2-5%.

You are obliged to complain about any defect detected within reasonable time.

If a product is deficient it can either be repaired, exchanged or the purchase amount can be refunded. Alternatively, the price can be reduced in case there is no replacement available for the product. Naturally the precondition is that the complaint is legitimate and that no defects are due to incorrect handling of the product.

We pay the cost of freight if the complaint is legitimate and provided that we have been contacted and asked  in writing for a return label.
In case our return label is not applied we will solely refund the amount corresponding to our current cost of freight.

In case you chose a way of freight which is more expensive than the least expensive way of delivery offered by us, we will not refund the additional expenditure.

Upon arrival of the product you will receive an email confirming our receipt of the product for processing of your complaint and informing about the further process in connection with the complaint. The processing time will be significantly shortened if you attach a description of defects.

If MICHALA cannot establish any defects upon inspection of the returned products they will be returned to you again.

A receipt or invoice stating the purchase date must be sent with products returned to MICHALA. The complaint will not be processed without the receipt/invoice being forwarded.

Please note that we do not accept packages to be paid on delivery, nor can they be sent to us without delivery.

Please remember that at all times the product must be returned in proper wrapping.

Delivery outside the EU

MICHALA pays the freight to customers in Denmark and all customers bear the cost of freight in case of returning the product.

Return label

The customer pays for the freight of the returned products. No freight with payment on delivery or freight without delivery is possible.

Specialfremstillede varer leveres inden for 4 uger i Danmark efter modtagelse af ordren. Varer fra standard shoppen leveres inden 2 uger i Danmark. Hvis standard produkterne ikke er på lager ved bestillingstidspunktet, forventes levering inden for 3 uger i Danmark. Vi vil kontakte dig hurtigst muligt for nærmere information. Ved levering til udlandet, tages der forbehold for mulighed for lidt længere leveringstid.

Samlet køb over kr. 1000 leveres fragtfrit i Danmark. Alle priser er inkl. moms og andre afgifter.

4.     Der er ingen fortrydelsesret på specialfremstillede varer fra Your Customized Shop.
På specialfremstillede varer som f.eks. sengetøj, lagen, sengetæpper og pyntepuder mm. med specialmål eller farve- og mønsterkombinationer valgt af kunden, er der ingen bytteret.

5.     Fortrydelsesret på varer i Your Standard Shop
Du har ret til at fortryde en aftale uden begrundelse inden for 14 dage, når du handler på Fortrydelsesfristen udløber 14 dage efter den dag, hvor du eller en anden person, som du har valgt (dog ikke transportøren), får varen i fysisk besiddelse. Fortrydelsesfristen er overholdt, hvis du sender din meddelelse om, at du fortryder købet, inden fortrydelsesfristen er udløbet. Du fortryder ved at give os besked om, at du fortryder. Du kan sende en e-mail til hvor du oplyser, at du fortryder. Du kan også kontaktes os telefonisk tlf. +45 28919777.
Hvis du har bestilt flere varer i en ordre, og vi ikke kan levere varerne samtidig, løber fortrydelsesfristen fra du eller en anden person, som du har valgt (dog ikke transportøren) får den sidste vare i fysisk besiddelse.

Hvis fristen udløber på en helligdag, lørdag, grundlovsdag, juleaftensdag eller nytårsaftensdag forlænges fristen til den efterfølgende hverdag.

Du kan benytte lovens standardfortrydelsesformular…, men det er ikke obligatorisk. Hvis du gør det, kvitterer vi straks pr. mail for modtagelse af din fortrydelse.

5.1.Returlabel for varer købt i Your standard shop
Hvis du har fortrudt købet af en vare, skal du sende eller aflevere varen til MICHALA Limfjordsvej 32, DK-2720 Vanløse – uden unødig forsinkelse og senest 14 dage efter, at du har meddelt os, at du ønsker at fortryde dit køb. Fristen er overholdt, hvis du returnerer varerne inden udløbet af de 14 dage.

Kunden står selv for betaling for fragt af varen, hvis denne skal sendes retur.

Varer kan ikke sendes pr. efterkrav eller uden omdeling.

5.2 Tilbagebetaling af penge
Når du fortryder, refunderer vi alle betalinger modtaget fra dig, herunder eventuelle leveringsomkostninger. Hvis du har valgt en leveringsform, der er dyrere end den billigste form for levering, som vi tilbyder, får du dog ikke merudgiften refunderet.

Vi tilbagebetaler beløbet når vi har modtaget varerne retur.

Beløbet overføres til din bankkonto, når vi har modtaget varen retur, og kontrolleret at den lever op til reglerne for fortrydelsen. Beløbet tilbagebetales til det kort der blev benyttet i forbindelse med købet eller til anden konto hvis denne oplyses, og under forudsætning af at der fremsendes/ fremlægges en kopi af faktura.

5.3 Afprøvning af varen og emballage
Du hæfter kun for en evt. forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering af varen, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varernes art, egenskaber og den måde, som den fungerer på.
Du må normalt undersøge varen på samme måde, som man kan og må i en forretning, men du må ikke tage den i brug. Hvis du har brugt den på en måde, som man ikke må eller kan i en forretning, og vi ikke kan sælge den igen, eller ikke kan sælge den til fuld pris igen, må du regne med, at vi fratrækker værdiforringelsen i det beløb, du skal have tilbage. Hvis varen ikke længere har en handelsværdi, tilbagebetaler vi ikke købsbeløbet. Du skal tilbagelevere varen i originalemballagen.

Du bør endvidere sørge for, at varen er forsvarligt indpakket, når du returnerer den.
6.     Reklamationsret
Hvis du køber en vare, og der er en mangel ved den – fx materiale eller fabrikationsfejl – finder købelovens regler anvendelse.

Dette er ikke en mangel – Når man ser på farver på en computerskærm skal man som kunde være opmærksom på at farven på slutproduktet kan være en lille smule anderledes idet farver på computerskærme kan variere fra skærm til skærm.

Det er ikke en mangel, hvis varen krymper 2-5%.

Du skal reklamere for opdaget mangel indenfor rimelig tid.

Er varen mangelfuld kan du enten få varen repareret, ombyttet, pengene tilbage eller afslag i prisen, der kan være situationer, hvor varen ikke længere findes eller skaffes. Dette betinger selvfølgelig, at reklamationen er berettiget, og at manglen ikke er opstået som følge af f.eks. fejlagtig behandling af produktet.

Vi betaler fragtomkostninger hvis reklamationen er berettiget, og forudsat vi er blevet kontaktet skriftligt for returlabel.
Hvis ikke du benytter vores returlabel, tilbagebetaler vi kun det beløb der svarer til vores aktuelle fragtomkostninger. Hvis du har valgt en leveringsform, der er dyrere end den billigste form for levering, som vi tilbyder, får du dog ikke merudgiften refunderet.

Når vi modtager produktet, vil du modtage en e-mail med bekræftelse på, at vi har modtaget produktet til reklamationsbehandling, og hvad den videre proces i forbindelse med reklamationen vil være.

Det letter ekspeditionstiden betydeligt, hvis du medsender beskrivelse af mangler.

Såfremt MICHALA ikke kan konstatere mangle på de returnerede produkter, vil disse blive sendt til dig igen.

Produkter, der returneres til MICHALA, skal følges af kvittering/faktura hvoraf købstidspunktet fremgår. Såfremt kvittering/faktura ikke følger varen, vil reklamationen først blive behandlet, når denne er leveret.

Bemærk! Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav eller lignende samt pakker uden omdeling.

Husk at varen altid skal sendes tilbage i forsvarlig emballage.
